Our Process

Phase one | orientation

At A.R.C., our team understands that so much of construction is feeling comfortable with your contractor and setting realistic expectations for both parties. During the first phase of your project, we will schedule an initial walkthrough with you to discuss your space, whereafter a team member will provide you with a detailed estimate for your approval.

Phase two | DESIGN + PRODUCTION

Upon your verbal acceptance of the estimate, the Project Coordinator will schedule a production walkthrough to capture all the details of your future space. Once those details are established you will begin selecting the finishes needed for each element of your project with our trusted vendors as we solidify your final design.

Phase three | execution

Once all finishes are selected and ordered, we will provide you with a production schedule and clear expectations for the project. Our Project Manager will be hands-on throughout the entire construction process.

Phase four | closeout
